The 30ml size is perfect for my lighter days, and the medical silicone is so smooth that insertion takes seconds. I wore it for a full workday plus my commute, so the 12-hour claim definitely checks out. Honestly, I forgot I was even wearing it until removal, which went way easier than my old cup.
