I was skeptical about trying a cup again, but the 30ml size holds up for my full workday without a single leak. The medical silicone is so smooth that insertion was honestly easier than the tampons I used to wrestle with.
The 20ml cup is perfect for my lighter days and I barely feel it once it’s in, which was my biggest worry. Took me two tries to get the fold right, but now it’s honestly a game-changer for workdays since I can go the full 12 hours without thinking about it.
Despite being a bit nervous about trying a cup, the smaller 20ml size slipped in far more easily than I expected, and the medical silicone is so soft I forgot it was there. I wore it for a full workday plus my commute—easily 11 hours—and not a single leak on my heavier day.
