For someone who’s always struggled with inserting cups, this one genuinely surprised me—the medical silicone is so smooth that it went in on the first try, no fuss. The 30ml size is perfect for my lighter days, and the medical silicone is so smooth that insertion takes seconds. I wore it for a full workday plus my commute, so the 12-hour claim definitely checks out. Honestly, I forgot I was even wearing it until removal, which went way easier than my old cup.
