I was skeptical about pelvic floor trainers, but the way the inner ball shifts with even slight movement is genuinely clever. After three weeks of daily use, I can feel the muscle engagement during sex, and orgasms are noticeably stronger. The workout aspect is real, not just marketing.

The rolling inner weight really kicks in during movement, and I’ve noticed my pelvic floor feels more engaged after just a week of daily use. It’s discreet enough to wear around the house, too, which makes the workout easier to stick with.

The rolling ball inside is surprisingly subtle but effective—I can feel it shift with every tiny movement, which keeps my pelvic floor engaged without me even thinking about it. It's become part of my evening routine, and I've already noticed my muscles feel stronger after just a couple of weeks.
